4. Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities under your account

• Ensuring backups of your website data

WaltonFox is not responsible for data loss unless caused by proven gross negligence.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may NOT use WaltonFox services for:

• Illegal activities under Indian law

• Phishing or fraud

• Malware distribution

• DDoS attacks

• Spamming or unsolicited bulk emails

• Hosting adult or prohibited content

• Cryptocurrency mining without permission

• Torrent hosting

• Resource abuse affecting server stability

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension

• Permanent termination

• Reporting to legal authorities

No prior notice is required in severe abuse cases.

6. Payment Terms

• All services must be prepaid.

• Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

• WaltonFox reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

• Non-payment beyond 7 days may result in permanent account deletion.

All taxes (including GST, if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility:

• Domain registrations are non-refundable.

9. Resource Usage Policy

Shared hosting plans are subject to fair usage limits.

Prohibited:

• Excessive CPU usage

• Memory abuse

• Running heavy background processes

• Auto scripts that overload servers

WaltonFox may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts causing server instability.

10. Data Backup Disclaimer

While WaltonFox may perform periodic backups:

• Backups are not guaranteed.

• Customers must maintain their own backups.

• WaltonFox is not liable for data loss.

11. Service Availability

WaltonFox aims for high uptime but does not guarantee 100% uptime.

Downtime may occur due to:

• Maintenance

• Hardware failure

• Network issues

• Force majeure events

WaltonFox is not liable for business loss due to downtime.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

WaltonFox’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in the preceding 3 months.

WaltonFox is not liable for:

• Reputation damage

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WaltonFox and BytesLane from:

• Legal claims arising from your content

14. Suspension & Termination

• For non-payment

No refunds will be issued in cases of policy breach.
